In late Fall Knotweed covers the shores of the Delaware River with its delicate white flower that honeybees go crazy for. Unique to the Upper Delaware River region Knotweed creates a honey that’s distinctly dark amber, almost black. With luscious flavor notes of caramel, cherries, chocolate and brown sugar our absolute favorite. It's superb alone, on fruit, cheeses, perfect for baking, homemade sauces, glazing or beer making.
